Role Summary, Office Manager, Paris
As we continue to grow, SaleCycle are looking for an Office Manager to join our South EMEA team.
This role is a brand new position and you will work closely with our HR team in order to fully support our wellbeing at work.
The Office Manager will be in charge of a large variety of missions including:
Welcome our guests (clients, providers…) in a professional and friendly manner
Manage General office duties including managing and organising meetings, meeting rooms, travels, refreshments and maintenance of office equipment
Assist the CRO with financial requests
Support the HR team: sorting personal & confidential files, collecting references and following strict HR processes
Carry out payroll duties including updating absence spreadsheet, manage payslips and process any new starters or leavers
Support HR Team & line managers with the on-boarding/off-boarding process
Work closely with new starters ensuring they are compliant and registering them with health partners
Take part in new HR procedures and projects
IT / Phone
Health & Safety
Events & others Projects
Support Global Social Crew and EE teams with internal events
Take part in internal communications in close collaboration with HR and Marketing Teams
Proactively put forward new ideas for the Office
